C'est Moi jewels ships worldwide. is your country not listed, please let us know and we will add it to our destinations.
We offer free shipping for the Netherlands only. Other countries have fixed shipping rates:
- Belgium, Germany : € 12,50
- Switzerland : € 17,50
- United States : € 25,00
All orders are shipped with insurance.
Once we have received the payment, normally your order will be shipped the same day. If, for some reason, your order can not be shipped within 2 business days, we will contact you.
All orders will be shipped with our international logistics partner PostNL. Delivery time will depend on the shipping destination. You can check the time table on the website of PostNL.
Each package we sent needs to be signed for delivery by the recipient (you) for your and our safety.
Personalized jewelry is non refundable.
Sales items can be returned but will be refunded in a cheque, which you is valid 24 months.
You have the right to return or exchange your webshop purchase within 14 days.
You need to inform us within 14 days of delivery of any items you wish to return or exchange.
Purchased items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are no longer possible after this period.

We only accept returns or exchanges by the following conditions:
- Original receipt of purchase must be present. Without receipt we can not accept any return or exchange!
- Jewelry should not have been worn
- There should be no signs of that the jewelry is worn
- In the interest of hygiene earrings can not be returned if the seal is broken.
- No attempts should have been made to repair defects
- The jewelry must be returned in the original package, without damages.
- Sale items cannot be returned neither exchanged.
- Jewelry specially designed upon request cannot be returned neither exchanged
- Shipment risks and charges for returns lie with the purchaser. We advise customers to send returned items by registered post.
- Returns with insufficient postage or where no postage has been paid will not be accepted by us.
- Product and/or delivery errors should be reported to us, including a description, within 14 days of delivery.
WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE PRICE BE REIMBURSED?
Following receipt of the returns, the purchase price (not including the costs of return and customs (if applicable), will be deposited in your account within 14 days.
Is the item purchased in our boutique? Then the item should be returned in the boutique and the amount paid for the returned articles shall be refunded in a gift voucher which can only be redeemed in the C’est Moi Jewels boutique or in our online webshop.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE NEW ITEM FOLLOWING AN EXCHANGE?
Following receipt of the returned package we will send the new items to you within 3 to 5 business days (if in stock). You will receive the delivery confirmation by e-mail within 3 to 5 days.
